Prof. Park chaired the Image Reconstruction oral session at the 29th International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI 2026), moderating presentations and facilitating discussions on research in image reconstruction.

Prof. Park served as a Senior Program Committee (SPC) member for the 40th AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AAAI 2026), contributing to the peer-review process and the evaluation of research submissions.

Euijin Jung, an alumnus of our lab, has been appointed as an Assistant Professor at Yeungnam University. We look forward to his meaningful contributions to research, education, and society, and hope that his achievement will inspire our current lab members as they pursue their own goals. Kyungeun's paper titled "An Automated Two-Stage Deep Learning Framework for Cervical Spinal Stenosis Diagnosis from Sagittal MRI", conducted in collaboration with Prof. Suk-Joong Lee (Gyeongsang National University) and Prof. Hyun-Joo Lee (Kyungpook National University), has been awarded the Jacques Duparc Award (Top 10 Best Posters) at the 27th EFORT Congress 2026. Congratulations!

Siwoo's paper titled "Self-Refining Segment Anything Model for Nuclei Segmentation as Contrastive Learning Approach to Label-Efficient Pathological Imaging" has been accepted at Diagnostics. Congratulations! 

Myeongkyun's paper titled "A Robust Vision Language Model for Molecular Status Prediction and Radiology Report Generation in Adult Type Diffuse Gliomas" has been accepted at npj Digital Medicine. Congratulations!

Prof. Sang Hyun Park has been appointed as Area Chair for MICCAI 2026 and ACM-BCB 2026.

Our lab moved from DGIST to POSTECH in February 2026. Building on our journey so far, we look forward to taking on new challenges, expanding the impact of our research, and reaching new milestones at POSTECH.
